With Audi coming out with the more powerful version of the R8 super car, the question that remains to be answered is whether the extra output from a Lamborghini V10 is enough to make up for the additional weight generated by a pair of extra pistons and all the hardware to keep them pumping up and down in harmony with the rest of the internal combustion unit. So to answer the question of whether the 5.2 really is greater than the 4.2, the blokes at iMotor have put the pair through an assortment of tests that include straight line acceleration, handling and even sound to determine if an extra air of pistons is worth the extra quid.
